How to order

To order a piece shown on the website simply use the contact form and include the code found under the photograph or contact us by phone at 919-389-5020. I accept visa, mastercard and checks; however, items will not be shipped until the check has cleared. The security of your credit card number is important to me and therefore will only be accepted over the phone. I am happy to contact you in order to take that information. Also, please visit our Shows and Stores page to find retail locations where you can find She Stuff designs or information about shows where She Stuff will be on display.

Shipping and Tax

She Stuff is happy to ship within the United States. All items are shipped via Priority Mail. You will be notified as to the shipping charge prior to your item being shipped. Insurance is not included but is recommended. Insurance rates are as follows:

up to $50	$1.30
$51-$100	$2.20
$101-$150	$3.20
$151-$250	$4.20

$251 and up add $1.00 per each $100

A 7% sales tax will be applied to the total purchase if you are a North Carolina resident.

She Stuff prides itself in only creating a very limited number of the same piece in order to maintain the uniqueness of our designs. Please keep this in mind as all designs are subject to availability. I am always happy to create a similar piece if the design you have chosen is no longer available.

Exchanges and Repairs

She Stuff strives for excellent craftsmanship however, if the occasion arises that a piece of jewelry we created needs repair due to faulty craftsmanship or materials we are happy to make the necessary repairs free of charge. We also understand that accidents happen; brushes and necklaces have arguments, bracelets jump off arms, and earrings decide to run away from home. If one of your She Stuff pieces has an accident and you need it repaired or stones or earrings need to be replaced, please contact us. We will make every effort to find the materials to nurse the piece back to life. A fee will be charged for this service based on the magnitude of the repair and the materials involved. We want you to enjoy your She Stuff for many years to come and are willing to help maintain those pieces should the need arrive.
